Return Policy

Orders for goods in stock are fulfilled within up to 3 working days. Goods that are not in stock are shipped within 14 business days from the order date.

Product Return Policy

• All Celluma devices are Class II medical devices and cannot be resold as new if they have been used
• Unused and unopened devices can be returned at the buyer's expense to the address indicated. At the buyer's request, the purchaser's account will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense. 9300 Dobrich, 3 Khan Kardam, Shop 2
• If there is any damage to the packaging of a returned Celluma device, a test will be carried out to check if it has been used. If the device in question is found to have been used, the product will be returned at the buyer's expense.
• Celluma cannot be returned if the storage box is open! Celluma will not refund the purchase price paid for a device that has been used and returned.A refund for a returned device will only be made if the box of the device has not been opened and the label stating that once opened it cannot be returned has been broken.
• All transport costs for the execution and delivery of the ordered items are at the expense of Celluma when the value of the order exceeds the amount of 900BGN.
• All transport costs for the execution and delivery of orders under 900 BGN are at the expense of the buyer, according to the tariff of the courier company that the customer has indicated that he wants to deliver the ordered products.
• All return, replacement or repair shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• In the event of any packaging violations and suspected damage to a returned device, Celluma Bulgaria will perform a thorough serviceability test on the device, if damage is found , the repair will be at the buyer's expense.
• If the seal is not broken and there appears to be no tampering and no damage, then there is no need for an appraisal. However, the buyer will not be reimbursed for the original cost of shipping the unit.
• Returns of products whose box has not been opened may be accepted with a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer.
